This aircraft went down in the Sierra Nevada Mountains between Reno and Sacramento near a mountain called Tinker Knob May 25, 1980. The pilot, Jerry Montoya, and his wife Sylvia, survived impact but died within the next day or two on the mountain. NTSB file number LAX80FXQ28.
