I made my second parachute jump as a smokejumper from N8419 in 1954 near Missoula, Montana. I am pleased to see that this old "Tin Goose" was put out to pasture in a museum. I have several photographs of this old bird if anyone is interested.

N8419 is back at the AirZoo in Kalamazoo, MI after having it's wing center section rebuilt. It is hoped that there will be rides in it yet this year.
