To civil registry as N90721 Aug 16, 1974 to Department of Forestry, Kingston, NC, later to North Carolina Department of Natural Economic Resources/Forestry Division, Raleigh, NC. Cancelled Aug 16, 1995. Damaged Mar 16, 1994 at Fayetteville, NC when brakes locked. In 2008 was a wreck behind a shed amongst trees at Kinston Regional Jetport, NC.
