As of February 2010 this for sale A/C has several outstanding ADs, totaling $4400 in estimated repairs. It also had a prop strike in 2009 and was repaired as per AD. AD did not require engine tear down. 3 hours after prop strike, crankshaft oil seal leaked. Oil seal has been repaired but .3 hours have been logged since. Read into this as you will. This information is only meant to assist possible future buyers in the possible purchase of this aircraft.
