First flight was June 4, 1965. Delivery date was March 22, 1969. Other serials - LN-RLL with SAS, N8965U with Douglas Aircraft Corp, N136CA with Celcius Amtec Corp, and also YV-13C and TI-AZS with LAV - Linea Aeropostal Venezolana. Broken-up during 2008 at San José.
