Anthony Fokker became famous worldwide when he flew his Spider around the St. Bavo church in Haarlem back in 1911. Until 1914 he built over 30 Spiders in his Fokker Aviatik factory in Berlin. The Aviodrome's Spider was build in 1936 by the Fokker factory to celebrate Anthony’s 25th anniversary as a flying man. It made its last flight in 1991.
