LDC was built by Wally Ogilvie in Sth Australia purchased by myself & Don Brown in 2008. Wally has just finished a lovely new RV7.
RV legend Jon Johannsen flew about 30 hours in LDC reccommending it as one of the best built RV6`s in the country which is suported by more recent LAME comments.
The LDC rego came from a Cessna 210 which crashed in Queensland in 1997,. Currently it has basic solid quality analogue instruments scavenged from an old beechcraft.
DG, AH, CHT, G METER, no EFIS or EMS yet.
She flies beautifully on typical Vans numbers, 150 kts at height consuming about 30 litres per hr.
Currently updating the interior to be more visually attractive to match the colour scheme which always gets many positive comments.
