SP-PBL, 1962 PZL-Mielec MD-12F, c/n 0004, The MD12 was developed in the late 1950s as a replacement for the Ilyushin 14 and in 1962 this sole MD12F was prototyped as an aerial photography version - which sadly did not reach production . This only example is preserved at the Poland Aviation Museum
