J-257 @ EHLW - Interim version of the Frisian tail band. Note also the Frisian band on the verntral fin. 'The Hague' had forbidden the tail bands at the time, but had no ban on other locations on the plane. - by Joop de Groot

J-257 @ EHLW - After the childish ban from The Hague in 1982 the first colored Frisian band reappeared in 1987. The colors of the Frisian flag were painted on both the ventral fins and the tail fin. - by Joop de Groot
