N2593E, 1946 Aeronca 7AC Champion, c/n 7AC-6175, 93E flying east in the Calif central valley. This must have been the type of day Aeronca had in mind when they built the Champ.All the ingredients for a fantastic flight were in place this day!! It was unadulterated flying at its best.

N2593E @ WVI - 93E on short final at the 20th annual Watsonville West Coast flyin.In the 70s&80s the plane enthusiast just didnt miss the Watsonville flyin on Memorial Day weekend and the Merced flyin the following weekend.Many long distance antiquers did both. - by S B J
