Aircraft 39246 Photo

Tcrafts 246 & 420 with Champ 24E fueling at Enterprise airport (now closed)in Redding,Ca,mid way through an 8+ hour fun flight,perhaps my most enjoyable single day of flying. Yes we did do a lot of flying back then and all without any radios.

39246 @ JAQ - 246 at Westover in 1968-69 after it was recovered by its owner( a Calif Highway Patrolman) who wanted to learn to fly in it,but didnt. It is in front of the very frist hangar built at JAQ and for some time the only one. It was torn down long ago. - by S B J
