On February 3, 2010 this US Army UH-60A Black Hawk of 158th Aviation Regiment was on a routine training exercise from Mannheim to Coleman Barracks when it crashed into a forest in heavy rain south of Frankfurt, in the Hesse region of Germany, killing the three crew members.
