As 44-73458 to RCAF as 9294. To civilian registry as N6525D, N6347T, N554T, to El Salvador AF as FAS 404 or FAS 45 and converted to two-seater, then to N36FF, N4151D, NX4151D. Operated by Lone Star Flight Museum, crashed into water near Galveston, Texas Oct 23, 2013. 2 killed. (Joe Baugher)

Sadly, this TF-51D Mustang, marked as “Galveston Gal” 44-73458, crashed into the Gulf of Mexico near Galveston, Texas on October 23, 2013, killing the pilot and passenger.
