N563EH @ KCEW - A Sikorsky helicopter. After some research, I found this aircraft had a previous tail number of N563EH, and was en route from Lake Charles, LA, to Brazil. The tail number was canceled on 12/15/08 (due to the aircraft being exported out of the U.S.). - by Chayne Sparagowski_csweather
