N9078E - 78E flying out of the SF Bay Area to the north. Calistoga (when it had an in town airport) was our destination this day as it often was. - by S B J

N9078E @ Q59 - 78E on short final at the Fremont airport(Calif) flying over broken cement (was never removed when the airport was built) which discouraged landing short! Over the years,several planes tried without much success like a C150 on 3-1-75. - by S B J
