On September 26, 2015 this Buffalo Airways aircraft was enroute from Yellowknife to Norman Wells, Northwest Territories when an engine failed. The crew diverted to Déline Airport, Northwest Territories for an emergency landing. In light snow conditions, the aircraft skidded off the runway and came to rest in the bush. All four crew members were unhurt while the aircraft was damaged.
