A long-time resident resident of Mesa Falcon Field, this unmarked Skytrain now rests at the Basler Turbo Conversions compound at Oshkosh. I cannot tell whether the airframe is a parts ship or an actual candidate for conversion.

This ex-US Marines transport has been stored at the Basler Turbo Conversions apron for nearly a decade, so it is uncertain whether it will fly. Then, again, the folks at Basler can and do perform miracles.

This is all that remained of the Cant Z 506 piloted by Coronel Franco, chief of the seaplane base at Pollensa, Mallorca, Spain. The famed aviator perished on his 51st mission.
