Seems I have a glimpse of what I seem to remember as Ronald Reagan's aircraft back around the mid to late 70's. Was it a Cessna Citation 500 with a tail number of N31ST (NOVEMBER 31st) ? Memories are scary when you get old!!! Anyone Else Recall??
