 @ New Jerusalem Airport - N4385E on downwind at 1Q4. Some of the best tomatos ( my opinion) are often grown in the fields around the runway as seen in the picture.Hope the tomatos that were needed for taste testing,were not missed? Sadly only about 2/3 are picked at harvest time. - by S B J

 @ Kern Valley Airport - N6905D at Kern Valley airport were you can still park near a river and camp.Few of this type of airports remaining. The Kern river is a 5 minute walk from your plane and Lake Isabella can be seen in the distance. - by S B J

 @ Gravelly Valley Airport - Right down the runway to the north and several visiting aircraft which included a Cessna 310. This 310 pilot put on a little airshow which was very impressive to say the least! Notice pickup crossing runway so be prepared when landing for this possibility - by S B J
